Now, I am going to reveal the secret of making this awesome pizza. Basically, the following points are my top secret which you can apply to get the best pizza.

  • Strong flour type 00.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh yeast
  • Plum tomato sauce

Using yeast and extra virgin olive oil properly is the top secret to making the pizza the best. Generally, we used two types of yeast such as dried and baking. If you want to get the best result, you can use fresh active yeast.

But, the fast-baked yeast also works much better to make the pizza faster. You will also use a pizza baking stone to get the fast pizza. Overall, you will also need to use plum tomato sauce to get the actual pizza.

On the other hand, you will also use pasta on the pizza. It adds extra flavour and makes the pizza better. Similarly, the pizza nun also needs deep enough. You should deeply bake the nun of your pizza.

Ingredients (For 2 Large Size Pizza)

  • 1 STP salt
  • 2.5 STP fast-action dried yeast
  • 2 STP extra virgin oil
  • 250 ml warm water
  • 500-gram flour type for two large size pizza

For Tomato Sauce

  • 10-12 basil leaf
  • 1 TSP onion granules
  • Salt and pepper
  • You can also purchase ready-made tomato sauce

Step 1: Set Temperature Of Your Pizza Stone

First and foremost, you have to set the temperature of your pizza stone. You can set the maximum temperature range of 250 to 270 degrees C. After starting the pizza stone, you have to wait for a while so that it can heat properly.

Step 2: Added Fast Action Dried Yeast

In a glass or a pot, add the fast-action dried yeast and drop 250 ml of water. The water should be fresh, clean, and warm. Take a sponge and mix them properly until the yeast dissolves. Keep the glass or pot aside and wait 5-8 minutes for proper completion. The yeast should be a bubble.

Step 3: Add Flour & Salt

In a big bowl, you just need to add flour and salt (Take the perfect amount). You should make them well in the middle of the bowl. Pour the yeast mix which you complete in the second step. After that, you need to mix some warm water and wait 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 4: Transfer The Dough

Now, it is time to transfer the dough to a floured surface. After completing the dough, you need to wait 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. You can easily split it into two balls for two pizzas. Aside from them because of keeping sauce and toppings.

Step 5: Make Or Add The Tomato Sauce

You will make the tomato sauce or you will also purchase the sauce from the market. To save time, I purchased sauce from Walmart. Make sure that you are choosing smooth pizza sauce and that the sauce originated from real tomatoes.

To shape the pizza, use the finger (3 of your fingers) and make it shape. You have to make them floured surface to about 20cm. You can also increase the diameter. For example, you will choose 25cm to 30cm. Make sure that your pizza ball comes with a minimum of 2mm thick to avoid any broken issues.

Step 7: Baking

Baking time is crucial. In particular, you need to keep in mind about timing. If you are a pizza pro maker and use the oven, you just need to spread two pizzas in the oven. On the other hand, you also need to provide sauce and toppings for 60 seconds for baking.

Carefully transfer the dough to the oven. Before transferring the pizza to the oven, you need to clean the area properly. Make sure that you bake for nearly 8 minutes when the temperature ranges is 250 to 270 degrees C.

However, you need to drop ⅔ TSB for one pizza. This amount of oil is suitable for small-size pizzas. On the other hand, you will also choose ⅛ cup of oil for 3 pizzas. Make sure that you are avoiding using excess oil because of a bad smell.

Now, let’s talk about the final ingredient of making dough pizza. Water is essential but you have to choose the right amount of water for the proper making of pizza.
